DavidMcWilliams.ie respects the rights of all users and does not collect personal information of any kind without permission.

Where a user voluntarily provides personal information e.g., through a registration form, the data will be used in accordance with its respective purpose or for internal research or analysis purposes only. This data will be retained in accordance with our obligations under the Irish Data Protection Acts.

Personal data such as email addresses will not be shared with any third party companies or organisations unless the user has expressly granted permission to do so.

For general web browsing no personal information is revealed to us, although statistical information is available to us via our Internet service provider.

A number of tools and services of 3rd party organisations are made available to users on DavidMcWilliams.ie, however, these will not be usable unless the user has already registered with one of these services. Once again, no data of any kind is exchanged unless the user has specifically requested it.

DavidMcWilliams.ie may provide aggregate statistics about our users, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.
