Will a European Tea Party emerge? The Financial Times this week believes so. What do you think? 2014 is a big year for Europe with parliamentary elections in June. The economies are still very weak, but financial markets are roaring ahead and Brussels is in triumphant mood. Can this continue? Here’s our take. We’d like to hear yours.

Thanks for this. Learned a lot about my own failings. It’s a pity that you didn’t elaborate how the momentum for integration would increase in the event of the euro splitting or disintegrating. Excellent insights based on a very clear understanding of the realpolitik of Europe. “Romantic Ireland is dead and gone”. We will be the poorer for it.
