If the government will not address our problems and there is not going to be a general election we only have one alternative solution, an outright taxpayer revolt.
Every man and woman knows you borrow for investment, i.e. for something that will pay a higher return in the future, and if your income falls you cut back on spending. Obviously governments have more flexibility to borrow but not that much more. We cannot afford to borrow to pay overpaid public servants, for useless public services and to pay the banks\’ bondholders, this is ridiculous.
If the government won\’t clear out the top echelons of the banks, gets its house in order to restore confidence and take on the irresponsible unions, then we have to do it for them.
