Now take into account that not only were homebuyers sold a pup vis-a-vis: -

1. house prices and
2. cost of ownership (i.e the latest insulation and RE techniques not being deployed) but now also

3. larhge numbers of the housing stock could yet prove to be worthless write-offs as their market value plunges to meet their remediation costs

This is awful stuff. You’d have to feel sorry for the home-owners. Where are the gate-keepers? Where are the Gardaí? Where is my bottle of cheap brandy? Come here mo chroí…..

JEsus john i am most certainly not saying this atall.

THese elites are in a struggle for power.

The struggle is driven through individual personal struggles of an inner nature.

And as is at the top as is at the bottom where there is no power base this inner struggle may end in destruction and here to day we are getting this at gov and banking and corporate level.

The balance toward the people winning the struggle is out numbered by the numbers of people loosing the inner struggle and so we get the outcome of destruction, NOT evil though, its volatile deranged prsonalities posing as normal but in fact sociopathic and deranged.

Ireland should stop any ambition having any “world leading” ideas. David also mentioned “the best flood defense system in the world”. We should have a reality check. It is not going to happen.
We hear a lot of media saying of Ireland having “world leading” this and that and create a public perception that Ireland actually are leaders in it. Our “world leading” Nano technology is one of them.
The sooner we realize that we are just a nation trying to survive like any other nation the better. We are not leaders in anything.
