My idea comes from the premise that there is not enough business in Ireland to keep all the SME’s we have going. So they need to export their goods and services. To help this county enterprise boards should profile all the SME’s in their region and then with the help of Enterprise Ireland find suitable SME’s around the world that they could help marry up, with the local SME’s here in Ireland. The Goverment should set up a fund that Irish SME’s could use to invest in this partnership. Lets call it an export BES fund.
