Look at the 1000 rich list in Ireland and marvel at the
best license hunters. Not necessarily the best
entrepreneurs, investors or innovators - often just the
best license hunters

The subsidy keeps the buildes busy building holiday houses
that nobody wants or needs while the banks supply an ever
increasing credit line to keep the pot boiling.
People buy them because they think they will increase in
value forever in a tax efficient kind of way.
There is no need for the subsidy because builders would
build badly required first homes in its absence. These
are needed as Ireland will welcome new foreign workers.
When these workers arrive the employment cost base will
fall and Ireland will boom again.
Ireland is strategically located on the west of europe and
handy to the U.S.
We're white and roundy eyed. We speak english. We're
productive, hard working and educated. We've got a nice wee
island with plenty room left. (the famine emptied the
place) A new workforce will arrive and we're gonna go high
rise! The Hong Kong phenominon - economic miracle part
2. Life quality zero.
